Description
Removes the event for the romulan supernova and changes the missions evolving around it to require anomalies scans instead.

yeah, sadly its set as an initializer so I dont know how to make it work for current saves.

well what i mean is .. you can move pops from planet to planet ... romulus does not allow that untill the super nova event starts ... and it does still not alllow it with the event switched off

is there a way to allow resettlemment thats still grayed
