Slightly more Scorchlander Hair Variation

Scorchlander NPCs can only spawn with white hair, I found that strange because Shryke has red hair.
this mod gives them 2 more hair colors they can have.

those being Red (rare) and a kind of rancid off-white (very rare)

someone else made a mod that does the same thing but it's all really wacky colors like blue and pink, I wanted something a little more lore friendly.
