This mod is like the original State Transfer Tool UI mod but now it works for 1.10 . I do not own this mod i only made it work for the newer versions of the game

there is just one problem because the construction hide some of the things that we want to use, for example the core.

Clicking "Mark State" doesn't seem to do anything

i cant find a way to get the province id for the mark tool, so probably not
