permission must be given prior and a lot of mod developers are VERY touchy about that.
as they have legal rights to the code.
anyway, the muzzle breaks and silencers in this mod dont really cooperate with the native game ones.
game lets you mount muzzle breaks and,or silencers in the mod slot the mod creates but still lets you mount the opposite on the native mod slot.
ie you on a assault rifle you can put in a silencer with this mod and still a muzzle break in the normal slot, and then one will overwrite the other.
mod should make the other slot unavailable if an exclusive attachment is chosen anywhere
not a big deal but still a waste of resources :)
But with guns you allready own in a savegame it will not add the additional component options most likely as those guns are allready written into your savegame
