Could you help me with some problems I'm having with making a custom planet?
Namely, I am trying to get a back/white png to be the height map and nothing I try is working. Every time I try it just comes out as a smooth sphere.

I've tried working with it in PS and MS Paint, I've tried converting it to grayscale just in case it wasn't already. I've tried making it from scratch following Doctor Octoganapus's YT series but nothing is working.

Please help.
