Fire Attacks: Bowman Patch

This patch updates the Bowman with some quality of life changes and add compatibility with the Runaway's Fire Attacks mechanic.

Place this mod above Fire Attacks Core: Tooltips and the Bowman.

Changes by the patch:
-Added a 4th mode to the bowman: Fire Arrows. While in this mode the attacks apply the Runaway's fire debuff, but they do not pierce protection/bleed/blight.
-Powder Arrow is now a fire attack, which deal more damage based on the fire debuff on enemies.
-Colored the Change Arsenal tooltip to match the modes.
-Added indicators to the bowman to show which mode is active. Need to change mode one time after loading a dungeon for it to appear.
