Tired of your hats constantly falling off when you could have sworn they had a strap on them? Me too!

This mod was directly inspired by Chinstraps - never drop your army helmet! . Chinstraps are clearly a breakthrough in hat technology, as it provided a common sense solution to not getting your protective gear torn off your head.

I have also added other small tweaks to help differentiate the multiple ranger hats in the game. Giving the trooper and ranger hats a slight weather resistance buff.
