Makes all hydrogen thrusters (including modded ones) consume 2 times less hydrogen. Should be compatible with future updates.

The only reason I want em buffed is so I can put less of em on my ship 2 make it accelerate fast. :3
Big ship 60K Heavy blocks and Vanilla Ion thrusters don't like it. >w<
Gyros might be another good one 2 buff as well. X3

Tbh I am not interested in ions as they are the best for space, that is why I am buffing the hydrogen thrusters. It would not take much time to make such a mod tho, so I may get around to it.
