[VR] DOOM 2016: Weapons Pack VR port

Description
One of best weapons packs is now suitable for VR!

Intro
First of all, need to say thanks to NSKuber for parts of code, and to Danny S. for original mod.

This port based on DOOM 2016: Weapons Pack. Although my version is standalone, it would be nice to give original a like.

Features:
VR support with ammo counters, laser sights, simplified animations and adapted models.
Supports VR - flatscreen crossplay. Both sides require this version, not original!
Two handed grip on minigun and gauss cannon (not akimbo).

List of VR suported guns:
EMGMKV, Combat shotgun, SSG, Heavy Assault Rifle, Minigun, Rocket launcher, Grenade launcher, Plasma rifle, Lightning gun, Gauss cannon, BFG9k.

Remaining guns NOT supported in VR for variety of reasons.

Known problems and workarounds:
1. Spent HAR shells are static, does not affected by gravity. Unlike EMGMKV shells, it implemented different way. Can't fix it. Just don't turn your guns upside down.
2. In some rare cases some weapon effects may stuck. Switch to other gun.
3. VR players hold minigun wrong way when observed from other players perspective. No fix so far, maybe fix it later.
4. There is a lot of small visual bugs with weapon positioning on VR player character model. VR character models all busted in fusion, dont think i fix it anytime soon.

Balance:
Due to nature of Sam VR, i highly recommend to use THIS mod, for improved weapon balance.

How to use:
In order to prevent bugs, recommended to deactivate original mod.
Use NSKuber's Custom Weapons Management to swap weapons.

And yes, before you ask, you can akimbo your BFGs.
