Voltaires new nightmare map fix

Description
mod that fixes the map in voltaires new nightmare. its a beautiful mod but the guy who made it very clearly has very silly ideas about what makes a videogame as a massive amount of provinces are just visual detritus that make the game nigh on unreadable (and I would bet to make the game seem more complicated than it is, so I made a script that just gets rid of discontiguous land and unifies them, and uploaded that map. not perfect, and it doesn't place the units in the new locations for provinces or 100% fix the problem but increases readability enough to be playable

You'll have to re-upload the mod with a new thumbnail. Maybe updating would be enough, I don't know. I'd probably upload again from scratch to be sure.
