Maggy Rework

Since Maggy has higher HP and a few healing facilities, I thought she was meant to be a tank, which while she is capable of achieve it, I feel she could have a somewhat closer approach to resembling a tank class.

This mod reworks Maggy, giving her new mechanics to make her playstyle resemble a tank.

Maggy now has an extra HP reserve (can be shown by making the map visible) represented by a percentage, this will be filled in some ways:
- Using the active item Yum Heart with full HP (20%).
- Taking red hearts at full HP:
- Half heart: 5%
- Full heart: 10%
- Double hearts: 20%

.The HP reserve will be used to heal Maggy:
- Press the DROP action to heal Maggy, taking into account the percentage of the reserve and her maximum HP.

Just like her Tainted counterpart, Maggy will have a melee attack, but one will work differently:
- Maggy now has a melee attack that will inflict 4 times her damage stat, she can only use it when she is not in invulnerable state due to enemy damage
- Killing enemies with this attack will add to the HP reserve taking into account the enemy's maximum HP, the player's damage and a base of 6%.
- On the other hand, if the enemy survives, 5% will be subtracted from the HP reserve.

To make the experience more balanced, a few stats have been readjusted, this in order to incentivize using the hit mechanic:
- Less damage (0.82 multiplier).
- Less speed (from 0.85 to 0.80, multiplier of 0.80)
- Less tears (from 2.73 to 2.22)
