Cathay Reskin By Storeslem

Adds a ton of new variants for units and celestial general/magistrate lords.
Also removed a ton of VFX i personally dont like to make cathay more grimdark instead of sparkling/unrealistic.

Lords

Celestial General: 9 new variants, removed marks on ground when they swing their weapon
Magistrate: 20 new variants making it a total of 25. (the red armor ones are supposed to be Nippon warlords)

Units

Longma: added more fur and ''mustache'' whiskers
Longma ror: white fur and removed glow vfx
celestial dragon guard: uses a mix of feathers instead of all plumes, removed female variants
celestial dragon guard ror: all use gold armor, removed vfx on weapon and glow on armor
jade warriors: uses mix of feathers instead of all plumes, replace some neckguards for variation
crane gunners: added scopes to the rifles (this is just a test and might be removed if it feels ''too modern'')
iron hail gunners: added more weapon variants
peasants: more horse color variants both jade and peasant horsemen, added alot of head variants, replaced weapons
jet/jade lion: they have flat color now to represent living statues, removed all glow/vfx when attacking/biting
terracotta sentinel: removed all glow and vfx, only dust vfx remain to represent a living statue, ror variant has the glow and ligtning sparks removed, also the aura is changed to not be so distracting

Next reskin will be WoC
