Metal Gear Solid PMC NPC

Description
PMC NPC from Metal Gear Solid 4. It should be located in the "Enemies" category.

Credit goes the creator of the old NPC addon called "New Soldiers V3" (released late 2007). I just made it into a working NPC for the current version of Garry's Mod
