Snow Outpost

One of the mods made for a challenge I'm doing called "Tmodtober" in which I make a mod every day of October.

Snow Outpost adds a new structure to the game (a snow outpost, not made of snow, but it out-posts the snow I guess).
This took way longer than it should have, and I didn't even manage to add a little flag on top, don't expect updates to it any time soon.
