Uses Park Pigmented as a base.

Sorry I don't have more in-game examples, Park Pigmented is expensive.

Reduced the saturation and brightness on the red and blue stripe element, keeping the highlight element without looking so noisy.

Replaced the geometrical camo texture with a new, more traditional camo texture. The geometrical texture was just a re-color of my other war paint Dazzle Decorated, so this felt like a necessary change that benefits the look and color scheme of the war paint.

Updated the camo texture to be more detailed. I was never happy with how it looked like I just drew it with my mouse (I did) and the texture was a bit fuzzy. Is now much clearer, more detailed, and has a canvas texture over the camo.

Plate metal texture now has a subtle camo overlay and has been upscaled.

Colored stripe stickers have been upscaled and readjusted so that the sticker on the knife doesn't look like crap.
