Food and hunger rebalance

I originally made this mod for personal use since i thought food in kenshi was getting too easy and boring.

What this mod does

Encumbrance hunger rate was also raised from 0.7 to 1.1 to make pack animals a much better option for loot hoarding during travels. Encumbrance is now something more to pay attention to besides just how slow it makes you.

fed recover rate mult increased from 3 to 6, in vanilla you only regen 12 hunger points per hour after eating, i upped it slightly so you dont starve faster than you get hunger back while standing.

Food quality mult was raised from 0.5 to 1.15, food globally has roughly twice the nutrition and food price mult has been brought from 0.5 to 1.5 this is to achieve a better price to size to nutrition ratio for each item rather than just spamming 200 dried meat and foodcubes into everyone's inventory which also leads to higher encumbrance which you'd want to avoid.

Changes starvation time from 60 to 48, in vanilla a human npc could go for 7.5 days before fully dying of hunger at normal speed, now it only takes 6 days.

I havent seen any mods that change many things with hunger beyond nutrition size of foods or starvation time so I wanted to try something myself and see how it would impact gameplay.

This is also my first mod for kenshi so im not entirely sure how balanced this will be with the game, however i did quickly test a torso start in the middle of great desert and it is possible to crawl to sho batai gate just before going under 100 hunger.

Update, I have been using this a bit and noticed some modded races such as hive preatorian could starve in about 24 hours at max encumbrance, toned down encumbrance penalty and raised starvation time slightly to help with that, also lowered food price from 1.5 to 1.25, so food is still expensive but a rice bowl shouldnt cost 6k in the hub now.
