Fast Homeworld 1 Resource Ships

Hello, everyone!
This mod makes the Homeworld 1 Resource ships from both the Kushan and Taiidan races faster! This mod was inspired by a frustration; basically, if you had to wait a long time for your resource operation to do it's work, like I had to with all the spare time I had in the Ghost Ship mission (It was DREADFULLY long for me!), this mod eliminates that, with some extra features, too!
Features:
- Buffs both Kushan and Taiidan Resource Collector speeds from 110 m/s to 250 m/s; faster than before, but not as fast as their Homeworld 2 counterparts.
- Partly reduces resource unit prices for both Resource Collectors and Resource Controllers; Resource Collectors now cost 500 RUs (Once 600 RUs), and Resource Controllers now cost 800 RUs (Once 900 RUs)
