Mod based of rework of ETS2 SCS lowloader trailers & ATS lowboy jeeps!

Added B-double configurations to SCS lowloaders.

- Lowloader 5 axle short with 2 axle jeep.
- Lowloader 5 axle long with 2 axle jeep.
* All version with elongated jeep for my SCS based 10x chassis
