Marauder Chieftain Combat Skills

Description
Adds the missing Marauder Chieftain combat skill line from WH, with the addition of Quick Silver speed skill (+movement speed in battle, from Norsca DLC).

Adds Aura of Chaos for missile resist, and a new Dark Wanderer skill for a small spell resist and Chaos corruption spread.

Adds an upgrade to Voice of the Dark Gods skill to increase leadership aura effect to make it a more attractive skill point dump.

It also contains entries for the cai_character_skill_synergies_tables that should hopefully help the AI pick these skills based on which Chaos God branch skills they already have unlocked:
Hound (Khorne): favours skills with +melee attack, +charge, +weapon strength
Crow (Nurgle): favours skills with +armour, +health, +leadership, and disfavours +speed
Eagle (Tzeentch): favours skills with +melee defence, and disfavours +leadership
Serpent (Slaanesh): favours skills with +health, +charge, +weapon strength, +speed, and disfavours +leadership

Inspired by, but is not compatible with Tiberon's Better Marauder Chieftain Mod (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2979011645) as they modify the same skill tree.
Not compatible with Tribes of the North mod by SCM, will cause crash to desktop on campaign load.

Might need to test it with the Never Obsolete AI Lords and Heroes mod to see how the AI handles leveling them.

Nice! It is a big oversight that these lords don't have the melee line already!
