Alysius Manual Refresh Floor Plan Script Mk1a

Description
This is a republish of Alysius's Manual Floor Plan Mk 1 script, with errors fixed from the recent update.

If Alysius objects to this I will take it down.

Note that this one doesn't automatically update, to ease server load. You have to manually issue the REFRESH command to the PB to get it to update/redraw.
