Thanks for the quick response. I reuploaded the mod, hopefully that helps. The mod seemed to work for me, even with unit mods as those do not change the faction file for Tau.

there is no crashing the mod just does not load in the game there is no option to convert any of the units listed I do have many Tau mods so that might be it as my load order is correct

Thanks for your comments. If you don't mind either sharing a screenshot of the issue that is occurring that would be great! Otherwise copy and pasting an error message and the actions that caused the crash would be very helpful.

If you haven't already, ensure that the Neutral Pack is loaded above the compatibility pack. Also I am unsure if this mod works with any mods that alter the T'au faction.
