Foulhounds Combat Limbs Patch

Reverts changes from the No Combat 'Limbs' (Bonedog AI Change) mod specifically for Foulhounds. Bonedogs and other canines are disciplined but Foulhounds will still run off with limbs and chase mid-combat.

Load after Foulhounds. Does not require No Combat Limbs, but it doesn't do anything notable without it. Load No Combat Limbs anywhere - this mod creates entirely different AI for foulhounds so NCL can be loaded or unloaded at will.
