Unrestricted Banish

The Unrestricted Banish mod adds a secondary banishment option when negotiating the release of a prisoner. "Unrestricted Banish" will appear as an option whenever the game does not allow you to utilize the vanilla "Banish" option. Whenever the vanilla option is available, "Unrestricted Banish" will stay hidden. The AI should not be able to use the modded option.

"Unrestricted Banish" and the vailla "Banish" option will both appear when negotiating the release of a realm priest. This is because the vanilla option does not allow you to seize their wealth, while the modded option will. This allows you to choose between the two due to their different effects.

The "Unrestricted Banish" option still has two limitations: it can only be used on your own vassals or courtiers, and it cannot be used on your spouse. I believe both of these are self-explanatory.

I made this mod because I missed being able to seize the wealth of rebellious vassals after revoking their titles in CK2. I find it unreasonable that my vassals can rise up to destroy me, yet I cannot take their titles and wealth once I crush them. This mod allows you to do just that.
