STP: Choose Arcologies Design

Description
This is a small mod for those using custom shipsets with STP-Better Arcologies for Planetary Diversity(Both 2k and 4k are possible).

Applying textures with console commands is inconvenient, which is why I created this mod.

This mod allows you to change the texture of your city planet through decision making very easily.

I really appreciate the modder who made the original mod, which is awesome, and I hope people find it useful.

@Janlitschka This mod does not overwrite any of vanilla features, so it's likely that another mod is the culprit.

Hey, the normal mod removed the planetary decision to build a planetary arcology, do you know why that could be?
