Description
A circuitry system that adds 1 to the memory on a single click, and subtracts 1 from the memory on a double click.

@adrianoslak Happy to hear it's getting some use!

Just be advised that if you're planning on using it inside a circuit box, it may not work as intended depending on the order of the components/wires being placed, or the length of the delays. For whatever reason, the circuits inside them run completely differently from the ones outside.
