One of the most well known classes within the navy, the Wellington Class Frigate has served in the LOUCN since its inception shortly after the Frontier Conflicts. Designed to fill the role of escort for larger ships in or long range recon patrol ship naval taskforces.

Due to its complement of a LMIV "Wolfhound" Dropship the Wellington Class is also capable of deploying a small squad of Marines.
