Description
Ever wanted to expand your empire at no cost at all? This is the perfect mod for you! Settlers are changed to be completely free, both in terms of money and population, and have 10 movement speed. They will ignore embark cost (once I figure that out)

Some personal testing i have done have figured its a 50/50 chance the AI will notice this mod. its more common the higher the difficulty weirdly enough

It didn't seem to apply to AI for me. They settled cities at a normal rate, and they had a normal movement speed. Results may vary I guess

This applies to AI as well, and the AI will abuse it

I'm not sure. If it does apply to the AI, they don't seem to be aware and will settle cities at their normal rate.
