Re-adds some of Dogma's unused sounds for his light beam attack. I'm an amateur at modding, so I only know how to replace his existing sound effects. Because of this, only 3 of the 6 unused sounds are present in this mod. If I find out how I can add the rest of his unused light sounds, I will
