Make Thrusters Stronk

Description
This mod increases the power of thrusters 3 times and adds a lot of braking force (no more drifting).
It should work with the new DLC thrusters.

Some weak ion thrusters have been increased more than 3 times to balance it more imo.
e.g. The small grid small ion thruster's power increased 9 times.

Did you wind up buffing the newest atmo thrusters like the small ion ones?
