Swat 4 Light Officer for Bill

“TOC, this is entry team.”

My best looking survivor to date, this mod will replace Bill with a light officer from Swat 4. At some point I'm thinking of making the blue team strip highlighted similar to Swat 4 but I am unsure on doing so. Luckily Swat 4 models survivor wise are far easier and faster to make so I hope to make enough to replace the entire l4d1 cast. Below as usual is what is replaced.
