Toolgun Crossbow And Sound Replacement

Description
Replaces the Toolgun with Juniez's Crossbow and changes the Toolgun sound to use the .357 Revolver.

Things to Note:
Any addons that utilize the toolgun screen will not work in terms of showing information on the toolgun screen.
The Toolgun and Airboat Gun use the same sound so both will be replaced.
