Description
Control the accesses of the facility through accreditation keycards.

Features
─ Containing 7 SWEPs including 6 keycards (levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Omni) and a Master Card (absolutely useless)
Restrict certains areas of your map for specific accreditations
Keycard Configurator tool to set levels on buttons across the map
─ Keycards data is automatically loaded on start-up or after a map cleanup
─ Configurable in-game with [GuthSCP] Base (guthscp_menu in your console)
  • Custom Behaviours: dropping keycards with RMB, auto-use highest keycard in inventory
  • Translations texts
  • Sound paths
  • and more..
Requires a Sandbox-based gamemode (e.g. Sandbox, DarkRP) for tool use

Commands
guthscp_keycards_save (server & client): Save the map data to a file, you must save after setting up accreditations to make the changes persistent
guthscp_keycards_load (server & client): Load the map data from a file, not needed since it's already loaded automatically

Known Issues
"I can open an accredidated door without a keycard!"
Some addons ─ which use the PlayerUse hook poorly ─ conflict with my addon. This Piano addon is one of those, enable the work-around Fix 'Playable Piano' conflicting the 'PlayerUse' hook in the Base configuration page (guthscp_menu in your game's console).

Hey @pixychild, please understand that I'm not hiring anyone for working on my mods and I'm re-iterating that it's not something I want to work on, as it's something that is too complicated and not in the scope of this project. This mod is mainly designed for SCP roleplay servers and to be used on SCP maps, which already feature doors and buttons. I think that dynamically creating doors and buttons at runtime could be a fairly complicated task and too much effort for no much of interesting outcome.

Making a keypad reader with Wiremod could be interesting technically but I only see it being very niche. I don't remember seeing any roleplay servers (especially SCPs ones) using Wiremod at all. So I also think it would be out-of-scope unless it is something servers would like to see.

@Guthen can you spawn doors in the spawn menu on any map (if not can you make that a feature)

Hey @girlkisser, yes it does. If you have issues with keycards not being necessary to open the doors you configured, please check the menu to potentially enable some Workarounds.
