I was searching the web for some info on a local indoor karting venue when I stumbled on a company with several tracks in the south east U.S.A.
They had some good pictures(drawings actually) of several of their tracks.
The pics looked like they would make a good starting point for some LMaps so....
I set about spiffing them up in GIMP and came up with 5 decent Kart tracks.
Plus I did the indoor track as well.
The indoor track is all soft walls so it imported as all red tire walls.
I liked that look but wanted to try some of the other colors. Blue for straights, red for turns and yelo for pit in/out.
I have included both versions so you can pick whichever pleases your eye.
The HMap is flat (as are most kart tracks) but the curbs are raised just enuf to mess with the car a little bit. Plus a 25% dither of snow for a bit of dust and to make them just a bit slippery :-)
We don't have a kart (yet) but the Mini is a good fit for these tracks.
AI lines and pits optimized for the Mini.
