ADAC Luftrettung gGmbH is a German air rescue organization and operates numerous rescue and intensive care transport helicopters that are part of the public rescue service system in Germany.

Air ambulances spawn only in the event of a medical emergency.
To get random emergencies, you need to play in the difficulty level "moderate" or higher. If you play on "easy", the chance for emergencies is almost 0%.
If you play in Sandbox mode, emergencies have to be turned on in the advanced settings when you start the game.

If you want to change the settings or the diffuculty settings in an existing savegame, edit the GameData.json file of your savegame. For more help, please visit the Apog Labs forums.

This mod contains modifications which run best with activated AirportCEOTweaks
Minimum version: 2.3.0 - Futher Information and Download[forum.apoglabs.com]

With activated Tweaks, following features will be supported:

• Additional aircraft: Dornier 328 Jet
  
• Country specific origins/destinations

The new aircraft models require the aircraft pack: Get it here from the Steam Workshop

Using the Tweaks is not mandatory. If you do not use the Tweaks, there will be an alternative fleet with different aircraft types.
