INFORMATION:
This configuration brings my first and oldest two collections together, into something you can simply prepare with the click of 3 buttons, without having to figure out everything needed and/or used provided by my collection's manual. This particular configurations takes place in an alternate history scenario, during 1989, where NATO and the Warsaw Pact waged war with eachother. This one covers U.S. Forces countering Soviet Forces. Expect me to upload my more recent 2nd part of this, because it's just as good as this one (It's my German Escalation collection).

AUTHOR'S NOTE:
I am very proud to upload a public version of my Cold War Gone Hot configuration. The 80's US and Soviet Forces collections were the very first collections I made. That was all the way back in 2021, meaning they are about over two years old! I have been playing and supporting Ravenfield since 2018-2019, meaning I am essentially kind of like a Ravenfield veteran. I know pretty much every aspect of the game (I have literally memorized the spawns and defending locations of of bots on every point in all of the vanilla maps (especially Archipelago, its my fav map) so when I am capping a point I instantly look towards the locations they come from, that's right AI defends points, not by being on the flag, but defending the surrounding area, when an enemy is in the flags cap radius, bots come rushing from their defensive positions), but I have recently come back to Ravenfield (I take breaks from certain games for an extended period of time, and normally come back, become fixated on it again, and then get burned up and take another break (the cycle continues) so my memory of everything hasn't been the best (still can remember bot spawns and defensive positions from most vanilla maps though). I know the modding community very well, compared to what I knew from my very first days of playing this game (in those first few days of me learning I had to get help on installing mods from the workshop because I wasn't very familiar with it, yet alone Steam itself). Now that I think about it, it still took me a few years (and a couple of breaks) to learn how to fly helicopters. During my first few days (clearly I was trying to learn the game and controls) I tried, failed miserably, and didn't touch them again, meanwhile I learned how to fly planes in the first few days (a bit ironic I know). When I did learn how to it felt amazing, and I was so pro that I could single handedly take carrier, by flying a heli through the gap, kept on flying inside the carrier, capped it and dealt with the enemies, and left without crashing once. I get that same feeling now, achieving something great, yet so simple. It just feels amazing, to start a new chapter in my time playing Ravenfield, this time by uploading configurations. Expect to see more of my collections and personal configurations be uploaded for the close community of Ravenfield to see and possibly play. EXPECT MY CONFIGS TO BE BALANCED AND BALANCED ONLY. I TOOK GREAT CARE IN MY COLLECTIONS BY MAKING THEM BALANCED AS POSSIBLE, EVEN AS POSSIBLE, AND SIMILAR AS POSSIBLE. I TAKE SO MUCH CARE INTO THAT PROCESS, THAT, WHEN I AM GOING THROUGH THE FINAL PHASE OF MAKING A PERSONAL CONFIG AND COLLECTION, THE TESTING PHASE, IF A CERTAIN WEAPON/VEHICLE ISNT GOOD ENOUGH/BALANCED ENOUGH COMPARED TO THE ENEMIES AND WITH THE AI, AND CANT FIND A REPLACEMENT, I WILL SCRAP THE PROJECT ENTIRELY, EVEN THOUGH I WOULD BE SO CLOSE TO FINISHING. The only exception I had to this rule was during the making of my German Escalation, an addon to my Cold War Gone Hot collection, when I used an MG42 as a placeholder for an MG3, and the P38 Walther as a placeholder for the P1, since they were so similar (essentially the same weapons with like one or two minor modifications). Sorry for my uppercase rant, also sorry for my rant in paranthasies, and pretty much this entire paragraph. So uh yeah I will say nothing further because I can't think/remember anything else I would like to say, unless the thought comes back to me and I edit it.
