Saint Marold has made a mod that fixes the multiplayer lag. Here's a link to his post.

How to fix the game
Find your way to the game's executable location, example;

"SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Space Hulk Deathwing - Enhanced Edition\SpaceHulkGame\Binaries\Win64" -

there you will find "SpaceHulkGame-Win64-Shipping" .exe file -> right click -> Properties -> Compatibility mode -> Run this program in compatibility mode for: "Windows 7"

When ingame put the game in borderless mode.

There you go, should fix your lag problems.

This should eliminate lagging once and for all.

mostly works, stuttering/teleporting is only very rare now
