We found a whole supply of weird fluid-powered weapons lying around. Says here on the box that they're something to do with an "experimental healing soda made of 1% juice".
I wouldn't trust the yellow ones (found in a smaller box labeled "BAP JUICE"), they look more like they're made of Jarate than any soda I've seen.

Yeti Coated was used as the base. I may reuse the "liquid" texture in a future paint or two as I'm very proud of it. I got to learn how to make custom brushes in Krita as a result of it :)
