And yes it's meant for later but if you're like me and played through the game like 5 times, you deserve the treat ;D
Its a more balanced sword but still really powerful, it still trivialises a lot of the early game.
If you need any item more powerful than that, you might as well be playing in low difficulty setting, and speedrun the game with your starter equipment
