Disable Ship Pet Interaction (Avali Addon)

Pretty self-explanatory. Disables interaction with the Avali Cleaning Drone. Yknow, the Avali's ship pet of choice.
An addon to this mod, though you don't really need that mod to use this one, but if you're using this you might as well use that as well.
Like that mod, it replaces avaliGroundPet.lua so it will be incompatible with any other mods that also replace that script.

Extremely low effort because I've never made a Starbound mod before lol, I made this in like 5 minutes (most of which was figuring out how to force it to load after the Avali race mod)
