Quindecim - Death Parade/Billiards

Close enough build of the Quindecim bar in Death Parade/Billiards. Billiards episode.

- Most things are either primitives or in-game props.
- Kaleidoscope stained glass, chandelier, bar "torches" and light strip were made from scratch on Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape & GIMP.
- Decim NPC at the bar, made on VRoid -> Blender.
- Workshop items used are a Jukebox (made it interactable), Japanese garden lantern and bamboo stuff.
- Didn't bother with making a wall texture for the circular area due to the nature of how the curvature was achieved using multiple straight walls since the angles don't match the available settings on tube objects.
