Error Reporting Solution

400 Delete the chat log and check all inputs correct
401 Unauthorized, Usually the secret key is wrong
404 wrong URL
429 Exceeded the limit (block by openai) / network problems
Other: Not connected: current network is blocked, usually wrong URL.

I don't know why but it works on gpt-4.1 and gpt-4.1-mini while show error on any other models
