This add-on adds 90s Consumer Traffic to the mod known as Background NPCs.

The pack does not include cop cars, so do not enable police vehicles UNLESS you have the American Truck Simulator Car Pack which is optional.

Thats a issue with the background npcs mod itself, but im unsure whats causing that.

can you make it use the vehicles version maybe? simfpys cause more lag than base HL2 vehicles
