Give more upgrades for Industries and Stations

Currently Added Upgrades for:

- Stations
- Coal Mines
- Iron Mines

At the moment this Mod is incompatible with these mods:

1upEAZpack
IndustryGarbage.
And maybe other Mods that add or edit Upgrades to Stations or Industries

The Creater of the Mod (a Friend of mine) has currently some privat problem's. with lead to the Problem, that he currently cannot update the mod.
Sorry for the Problem's that are currently exist.

I've found issue causing game crash - in building_types.xml, there is comment end missing. Please fix this asap. I will menatime do my best on my side to make the game more robust.

Great! You should add upgrades for the iron mines as well. They produce very little iron.
