Description
Total Linhas Aéreas S.A. was founded on May 2, 1988, under the name of Total Aero-Táxi. At the time, it had 01 EMB-110 (Bandeirante) and headquarters in Belo Horizonte. Its main business was mail transport. In December 1994, Transportadora Sulista S/A, one of the largest road transport organizations in the country, headquartered in Curitiba/PR, purchased 100% of the shares of Total Aero-táxi. A restructuring process then began, to become a company capable of operating in the regular transport segment.
