[TFA] Mateba Unica 6

Description
Mateba Unica 6, ported from Insurgency workshop to Garry's Mod and running on TFA Base.
Originally ported and released by TFA, this version is my update that I sent to him back in 2018
Changes from the original release: weapon type and shell casings fix.
