THIS IS THE FIXED VERSION

1.7 UPDATE

Victoria 3 has great immersion. But one thing that I find missing from that is the lack of lower education. Schools were a big thing in the Victorian era and not having them seems kind of weird. I know that there are laws for it and institution but that isn't actual schools. So I have made this mod to fix one of many things that Victoria 3 is lacking.

Since the mod adds its own part of the tree independent on the existing one or adds PMs in already existing techs it should be fully compatible with any mods that edit the research tree. At least I think so

Great mod and helped me survive the backwards, illiterate Ottoman Empire with Ultra Historical Education and Research mod and gave a lot of flavor to the game, my regards 🙏
However there's an eye bug where if you opened a primary, high or military school UI, you can see the pink Victoria 3 placeholder icons behind your 2D illustrations of those buildings
