Ever wanted to get rid of some planet and pops after taking over the galaxy so the game can run MUCH faster? Ever annoyed by unwanted, unemployed, excess pops? Just move'em all on to a useless planet and activate the planet decision "decision_erase_planet", and they will be gone! *A sacrifice for the greater good :)

Very simple mod, adds a new planetary decision to change a planet into shattered planet (destroying the planet itself and pops on it), it can only be used on your own colonies when you have population control policy allowed and costs 1 unity. This is a modified function from my other mod The Owl House-Will of the Titan.
