There is no real story in this one. I realized after a couple tries of trying to make a 2nd or 3rd madness level that trying to make a story was my main setback in creating it.

A few secrets, like meeting Scrapeface and getting eaten by a horde of zombies lying around in there.

Machetes are hidden in a few places.

That's pretty much it.
