That's for anyone like me that's was looking what's wrong.

You can stack Landmarks of Legend, Immortal Landmarks, and Landmarks of Eternity happily for all your landmark needs.
Also this is in the description
"The mod should be compatible with pretty much everything as far as I know. (And yes, it is compatible with other landmark mods)."
After a bit (a lot) of fiddling around and testing this is what I have discovered.
If you revert to the previous version of IEE, disable SCCM LCCP (I can't revert because they havn't posted the old version) and then disable Landmarks of Eternity (again...can't revert this one because the old version isn't available) My faction Mods all work for me now.
I hope that this helps us all out in the short term.
