Also I'm not sure if this is an actual tag for entities or not:

This would make more sense, not that it really matters unless you are playing as the elven civ in fortress mode.

I think Elf society will still need to be able to have MINE and FURNACE_OPERATOR jobs, and I'm not sure how to restrict which metals a civilization has access to, but that would be something extra neat to add to an update to the mod.
